The Platform Scales Through Partners.
Selective expansion of OEM and regional partner relationships.
Clean Seed operates a capital-light precision seeding platform. Manufacturing, distribution, and deployment are executed through partners already operating at scale. This page serves as the entry point for qualified organizations evaluating participation.
Participate in the Architecture the Industry Is Moving Toward.
Precision seeding is consolidating around a defined architectural model. Clean Seed originated that system and operates the platform through which it is deployed and extended.
Partner participation provides access to a validated architecture, a structured licensing framework, and a position within a category still in formation.
This is not a distribution arrangement. It is participation in a platform.
Defined Roles Within a Coordinated Platform.
Clean Seed engages partners across three primary roles — OEM manufacturing, regional distribution, and deployment alliance. The roles are structural, not commercial relationships. Each card carries its own proof.
Manufacture the Architecture Under License.
OEM partners integrate the Clean Seed architecture into their production environments under a licensing framework. Current active licensees include Mahindra (SMART Seeder MINI‑MAX™ with exclusive rights across India, Africa, Turkey, most of Asia) and the Soil + Sky Alliance (global deployment platform). The licensing path was first validated and monetized through AMVAC's 2020 strategic agreement (see Architecture).
Deliver the Platform Within Your Market.
Regional partners manage installation, service, training, and ongoing support. Active regional agreements include JAS in Mexico (150+ locations activated) and an exclusive regional partner in Brazil with rights through 2026.
