Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. is committed to making cleanseedcapital.com accessible to the broadest possible audience, including users with disabilities. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working standard and to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.

1. Standards

The Site is built and tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, including:

• Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements;
• Semantic HTML structure (headings, landmarks, lists, tables);
• Keyboard-navigable interactions across forms, navigation, and content controls;
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery and icons;
• Visible focus indicators on focusable elements;
• Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion system setting on all animations and scroll-driven effects.

2. Motion & effects

Animation and scroll-driven effects on the Site (including the patent estate radar sweep, scroll-scrub counters, kinetic increments, hero word-stagger, and pinned-sequence reveals) are disabled or reduced when a user has indicated a preference for reduced motion at the operating-system or browser level. Content remains accessible without motion.

3. Known gaps

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Areas under active improvement include: photographic alternative text on leadership and board portrait placeholders pending real-photo upload; mobile-specific signature treatments (some desktop-only visual signatures are hidden under the 1024px breakpoint); and embedded third-party widgets (TradingView ticker tape and chart) whose accessibility is governed by the third-party provider.

5. Third-party content

The Site embeds or links to third-party content including SEDAR+ filings, TradingView market data, and partner-hosted resources. Accessibility of that content is governed by the third-party provider; we will assist where reasonably possible to direct users to accessible alternatives.

6. Continuous improvement

We welcome accessibility feedback from the public, investors, partners, and users with disabilities. Material accessibility improvements are tracked internally and prioritized on a continuing basis.
