A precision technology platform scaling globally through deployment and licensing.
The category is converging on the patented model.
The architecture is deployed and monetized through global partners across the equipment ecosystem.
We established the architecture.
Independent multi-product control. Variable-rate metering. GPS-synchronized placement. Integrated digital control. Clean Seed shipped these as one architecture. The industry shipped them later, separately.
Patented across the major agricultural markets — Canada, the United States, Australia, and additional jurisdictions. Variable-rate metering, GPS-synchronized placement, integrated multi-product control: standard category language now. Assembled here first, as one system.
Independent multi-product control architecture — real-time prescription control across the implement width.
Digitally and electrically controlled metering — replacing mechanical and hydraulic systems with precision control.
The first GPS-synchronized precision seeding platform — precision from seed to soil.
Integrated touchscreen control architecture for multi-product management — single-pass multi-input application.
The world's first fully integrated smart seeder ecosystem — hardware, software, and data working together in one machine.
Closed April 2020 with a US$5M strategic agreement — a limited license on the SMART Seeder MAX™ architecture's variable-rate technology, integrated into AMVAC's SIMPAS® application platform. The agreement validated the architecture's licensing economics — the first such validation. License terms were subsequently bought out by AMVAC, converting the royalty path into a realized one-time monetization.
The direction of the category is increasingly defined by precision, control, and intelligent placement — a model Clean Seed established early.

Estate extends across agricultural markets worldwideThe architecture is patented. The architecture is licensable. The architecture is global.
The intellectual property strategy is not simply defensive — it is a strategic asset structured for licensing, integration, and collaboration.
Two paths from one architecture.
Deployment proves the architecture in the field. Licensing is what compounds. Everything that follows is the deployment side. The licensing path runs in parallel — and is treated in full at Section 06.
The architecture is established. Here is the platform that carries it into the field.
Introducing MINI‑MAX™. The deployment platform built for the global majority.
Compact, partner-built precision seeding — engineered for the operating realities of where most of the world's farms actually sit.
Built for the majority.
SMART Seeder MINI‑MAX™ is the deployment platform for the global majority. A compact 5ft precision seeder derived from MAX — built for the smallholder and emerging-market scale where ~70% of the world's farms operate. Mahindra (NSE: M&M) manufactures it. Mahindra and the Soil + Sky Alliance distribute it. Clean Seed retains the IP; the operating footprint lives with the licensees — by design.
operate at smallholder scale. MINI‑MAX™ is the platform engineered to access this global majority through licensed channels.
Five of every six farms worldwide operate on under 2 hectares (~5 acres). The MINI‑MAX™ 5ft format is engineered for this segment — concentrated across India, Brazil, sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia where smallholders dominate.
The next tier — tens of millions of farms across India, sub-Saharan Africa, Brazil, and Southeast Asia. Clean Seed's 12ft platform is engineered for this scale of operation.
6.2% CAGR through 2033. Precision planting alone tracks to $6.7B by 2033 at 4.9% CAGR — the lane MINI‑MAX™ is licensed into.
OMNI‑MAX™ extends the platform to 12ft.
Derived from MAX. Engineered for the mid-scale tier where farms consolidate — 2–20 hectare operations across India, Brazil, sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Where farms become businesses.
The 2–20 hectare tier is the operating layer where emerging-market mechanization gets serious. Land consolidation across India, Brazil, and Southeast Asia is concentrating cropland into this tier — the segment where credit access, subsidy programs, and dealer infrastructure begin to align. OMNI‑MAX is engineered for that operating reality — wider than smallholder, lighter than broadacre, deployed under the same partner-led economics as MINI‑MAX™.
Sized for the dominant mid-scale tractor segment in India, Brazil, and Southeast Asia — the workhorse class already in the field at scale.
12ft multiplies acreage per pass vs the 5ft MINI‑MAX™ — without crossing into the capital weight of broadacre platforms.
Manufactured by Mahindra alongside MINI‑MAX™. Same partner-led economics. Clean Seed retains the IP.
How MINI‑MAX™ reaches the world.
Two active licenses route MINI‑MAX™ through partner-operated channels — one OEM-led, one alliance-coordinated. Mahindra — the world’s largest tractor manufacturer by volume — carries OEM manufacturing and regionally-branded sales across India, Africa, Turkey, and broader Asia. The Soil + Sky Alliance, launched with ClimateDoor, carries the platform license — coordinating governmental, NGO, and cooperative channels under a single global deployment vehicle. Alongside the licenses, Clean Seed operates a direct regional channel in Mexico through JAS — 150+ activated dealer locations and the model for additional direct channels in markets where the dealer relationship is best originated inside the company.
Two licenses. Two brands. One OEM partner.
Mahindra — the world's largest tractor manufacturer by volume — carries Clean Seed–branded MINI‑MAX™ for global export. A separate license covers Mahindra-branded units for the regional channel.
Clean Seed–branded MINI‑MAX™ manufactured and shipped globally by Mahindra. Mahindra carries warranty and parts supply. Mahindra also funded the original build of MINI‑MAX™ — production runs at OEM scale through their existing manufacturing footprint.
Mahindra-branded, red-labeled MINI‑MAX™ — sales and distribution rights across India, Africa, Turkey, and most of Asia. Royalty participation accrues to Clean Seed on every Mahindra-branded unit sold under the license.

Launch Partner
One platform license. One stakeholder seat.
Platform license issued to the Soil + Sky Alliance for global deployment through institutional, governmental, NGO, and cooperative channels. Clean Seed retains the IP and acquired a stakeholder position with governance oversight.
First Alliance-coordinated regional rollout active in Brazil — Campaign 01 of the Alliance deployment framework. Exclusive regional partner agreement secured through 2026, with sequenced expansion across additional priority regions to follow.
Clean Seed holds a stakeholder position with governance oversight over the Alliance's deployment activities. The Alliance operates the data layer above the hardware as a function of the Alliance — not a Clean Seed monetization vector. See Section 05 →

One license. Two parties. Clear ownership at every layer.
Three channels. Three different dynamics.
SMART Seeder MINI‑MAX™ — Clean Seed's compact precision seeding platform — is already running through three live regional channels. Each operates on its own logic: fiscal in India, commercial in Mexico, alliance-coordinated in Brazil and beyond. Carried to ground by partners already at scale, without expanding Clean Seed's operating footprint.
When fertilizer is fully subsidized, precision becomes fiscal policy.
India underwrites fertilizer at the national level — a recurring fiscal outlay measured in tens of billions annually. Field validation of SMART Seeder MINI‑MAX™, led by Mahindra and certified by ICAR, has demonstrated material per-hectare reduction in fertilizer use. That converts a perpetual variable-cost subsidy into a one-time capital deployment with multi-year payback — the architecture of a policy lever, not a product. Subsidy structures are advancing toward incentivizing the equipment itself, which positions Mahindra's distribution network as the activation engine.
A conservative efficiency gain on a standing public outlay reframes subsidy from variable input to capital deployment.
The Mini Max Seeder is an innovative no-till multi-crop seed drill — reducing fertilizer inputs and eliminating stubble burning while improving farm profitability.
Exclusive agreement with JAS, a leading Mexican agricultural dealer group. Established private channel with regional reach already in place. Mexico's precision agriculture sector is projected to grow at 10%+ CAGR through 2030.
Private commercial channel →Exclusive regional agreement with rights secured through 2026. Local partner leading regulatory approvals and market rollout. Positioned as Campaign 01 of the Soil + Sky Alliance deployment framework.

One scales with units. The other scales with the industry.
Clean Seed deploys through licensees already operating at scale. Revenue flows through two paths — deployment is linear with units; licensing of the patented MAX™ architecture compounds as the equipment industry adopts the model. Licensing is the larger structural opportunity.
Deployment Participation
Vehicle · MINI‑MAX™ + OMNI‑MAX™Partner-led manufacturing and distribution revenue. Units deploy through licensees — Mahindra in India / Africa / Turkey / Asia, JAS in Mexico, and the Soil + Sky Alliance globally.
Scales with unitsLicensing of the Patented MAX™ Architecture
Vehicle · SMART Seeder MAX™Royalty participation as global OEM platforms adopt the patented MAX™ architecture. AMVAC (NYSE: AVD) was the first disclosed validation of this path — the 2020 strategic agreement subsequently bought out by AMVAC, realizing the architecture's licensing economics in a one-time monetization. The structural upside is industry-wide participation as the precision seeding category — already converged around the patented model — formalizes commercial licensing across the equipment ecosystem. The path that scales with the industry, not just within it.
Scales with the industryThis model scales with the industry — not just within it.
Strategic execution. One objective.
Clean Seed's operating focus is structured around one objective: convert the industry's adoption of the patented architecture into commercial licensing participation across the global equipment ecosystem. Value unlocks through four pathways: equipment sales, strategic licensing, technology integration opportunities, and broader collaboration with manufacturers and industry participants.
Structured Licensing Execution
Structured commercial licensing into the converged equipment market. The compounding-revenue path of the platform — predicated on industry adoption already underway.

Provincial recognition and government participation anchor the platform's institutional posture. Saskatchewan welcomed Clean Seed to the province as a precision-seeding innovator and granted it benefit under the Commercial Innovation Incentive — recognition of intellectual property commercialized in-province. India has engaged at ministry level, with diplomatic and institutional participation through the platform's validation and licensing pathway. The platform sits inside, not outside, the public-sector framework of the markets it serves.
